Set up and tear down
What time is set up?
Set up starts at 7am.
If you have not arrived by 8:30, your spot may be changed.
Where do I park?
After you unload your car, please move it to the grass area in the back of the building.
Please move your car before you begin setting up so that we can get other cars pulled in to unload.
Be very careful in the parking lot and watch for children.
When can I start tearing down?
Tear down begins at 2pm.
The ONE hard and fast rule at Bayou Artisan is about tearing down. If you tear down and leave early (without talking to us first) you will not be welcome back at the market.
Please stay till 2pm.
There is no "Load out time". Please take the time you need to tear down carefully and get home safely.
What do I need to bring? Do I need a tent?
You should bring your own tent, table and chairs and anything you need to set up your Booth and decorate your tent.
We have limited equipment to rent out for $20 a tent, $10 a table and $5 a chair.
It is hot and sunny in our outside spots. YOU WILL NEED A TENT.
Also, please consider sunscreen, fans, extra hydration and other things to help keep you cool and healthy.
